I am so glad you’re here.
One of the first things I want you to know, is you are not alone.
Motherhood, even people-hood can feel very lonely at times if you let it. It doesn’t have to be that way.
We have been taught so much that if we do not fit in, we are not normal. Especially with motherhood. The guilt, the worry, and the fears can feel much bigger than they actually are.
Sprinkle in having a relationship that is not feeling awesome or you know is over, well, for me, it was a lot to work through and felt very isolating.
But here’s the deal, it doesn’t have to be crazy hard, or shameful or anything that this world says it is. You’ve got choice. No matter what the outcome will be, this is your time to discover what is in your heart and what it is you would like your beautiful life to be.
If you’re wanting to dive right in, hand in hand with someone who’s been there, done the work and come out stronger, happier and more courageous on the other side, I’m your girl. Check out the work with me page HERE.
If you’re wanting to explore what it is I have to say, and discover some tools mingled into personal experiences, check out my blog HERE.
If you’re looking to get started on your own, I’ve got a (#) part email series that will walk you through the discovery process of uncovering what is working for you and what is not and what to do next to shift into the beautiful life you came here to live with your kiddos. You can gain access to that here.
And remember, you don’t have to go it alone. One of my biggest struggles was thinking I had to do everything on my own and I did that for the longest time. When I finally chose to let it be easier, to let people in and let them contribute to my life in many ways, life not only got easier, it got way better and more beautiful..
Are you ready?

I LOVE a good story of change...and to be on the listening side of someone sharing their story as to where they are now, and where they were a year, two years or even two months ago. It’s inspiring and up-lifting. Today I had the gift of talking with Amanda Chelsea,...
Do you let your kids mess up or do you feel like you are responsible for their every move? I know I’ve felt I had to protect my kiddo recently, when really….I needed to teach him how to show up for himself. And this has been my discovery of whole new way of parenting...
How much time do you spend worrying? I know I have been and very much still can be a worrier of magnitude. I remember when I was pregnant with my son, I would worry that he wasn’t moving enough and poke at my belly until he moved. And if that didn’t work, I’d...
