Have you ever felt like there are so many things pulling for your attention and you just wanted to run and hide under your bed covers?

When that happens, what do you do? How do you overcome the overwhelming sense of being overly needed from everyone and everything?

My first instinct used to be to address the hottest fire there was.  Today I do something different.

  1. The first thing I do is check in with me. I look at what are my priorities?  If you dont know your priorities, please check out my freebie guide, License to Shine, as that will assist you greatly in this situation and the entirety of your life. You can grab that here.
  2. After I have checked in with me. I get curious, and I ask some questions.  

Here are a few of my go tos:

What is required right now?

Which of these truly needs my attention?

How can I get this all done with ease?

And if they all need my attention, I follow the energy of what needs my attention first.  

The trick is not to get caught up in the shoulds and have to’s when everything seems to be demanding your attention right.  You, mama, get to choose how you show up and what you do each day. So get to know your priorities, and get curious about how you can tend to all the things while still taking care of you and your needs.
